Line InstallationIf you do not currently have a BT line or are expanding your telephony capacity we can arrange to have new telephone lines installed for you. The lines are installed and maintained by BT Openreach on our behalf and we will deal with BT for you and take all the stress out of the installation. Whatever your requirements we can install analogue, ISDN2 or ISDN30 lines for you. Analogue LinesAnalogue lines are generally the preferred option for most businesses. These could be classed as your standard phone lines allowing for phone calls and broadband. Installation and connection of an analogue line to a single telephone or PABX is usually very simple and straight forward and is carried out by BT Openreach at your premises. ISDN is a digital service and enables businesses to bring multiple voice and data communications down a single line. This enables you to connect multiple devices to the line and make 2 calls or more at the same time. A single ISDN2 line has two separate 64K data channels which under normal circumstances enable you to make two simultaneous calls. You can connect up to eight devices such as digital telephones and computers to a single ISDN2 service. You can also add additional ISDN2 circuits which will increase the number of possible simultaneous connections and is ideal for video conferencing. ISDN30 is available in the UK with a maximum of 30 channels and is the simplest and most reliable way of method of connecting multiple phone lines into your digital PABX.
