| A | We only use the best tier 1 carriers for your calls, so the quality of the call will be excellent and if you put your line rental with us and if you have a problem with the line we will arrange for BT to repair it. In addition, you will always be able to speak to someone who will help you with whatever problem you have without being passed from department to department. | |
| Q | How can I be sure you will save me money? | |
| A | You can see what we will charge you for any call by multiplying the number of minutes by the cost shown on our home page. Remember you don’t add anything to our cost before comparing it with what you have been charged by your current provider. You can use the comparison service on our home page or if you wish you may send your bill to us and we will tell you what it would have cost with us. | |
| Q | I have seen that other providers cap the cost calls and allow calls up to an hour. Do you do this? | |
| A | This may seem excellent value but don’t be fooled, 90% of business calls last less than 3 minutes, so it is clear that the facility will rarely be used. Usually when capping is offered there is a larger charge to connect your call. We believe in a low price with no connection charge or minimum call charge | |
| Q | What happens to my line rental if I want to use your pay as you go package? | |
| A | If you decide to use us for calls only you will pay your line rental to your current provider. | |
| Q | Do I have to change my number if I move to Yellow Telecoms? | |
| A | No, we apply to take over your existing numbers from your current provider. | |
| Q | Is there any interruption of service? | |
| A | Transfer is automatic with no interruption on the date we will advise. | |
| Q | How do we receive our bills? | |
| A | We will email you with a fully detailed monthly bill in the first few days of the month. We will then collect the money by direct debit on or about the 21st of the month. | |
| Q | Is there a contract? | |
| A | There is no contract if you use our PAYG service. If you use our PAYG plus and any of our bundles there is a 12 month contract. Should you wish to cancel your contract before the 12 months is up understandably we will ask you to pay the remaining months. | |
| Q | We use call forwarding, can you provide this for us? | |
| A | Yes we provide this for a monthly charge of £1.50 per month. We will confirm this after you have signed up. | |
| Q | We have caller identification, do you provide this service? | |
| A | Yes this is available and costs £1.65 per month. We will confirm this after you have signed up. | |
