It's easy to change to Yellow Telecoms

It’s easy as 1-2-3 to sign up to Yellow Telecoms as your new telephone services provider.

(1) Sign up using our online application form or call us on 0845 108 0181 for a paper copy.

You will need to choose the package that best suits your needs. If you have looked at the options and are still unsure which of our packages is best for you please contact us by email or send us your current bill so we can tell you how much it would have been with us. You could also call us on 0845 108 0181 to speak to a customer service manager. We will be as helpful as we can and you won’t be given a hard sell!

(2) We will call you to confirm all your details.

Shortly after we receive your application we will contact you briefly by telephone to confirm that we have all your details correct. It is important that we do this to ensure continuation of any features you currently have with your existing supplier.

(3) We process your application and request BT to route your calls through us.

Usually we will take over your telephone calls within 10-12 days. This is because we believe that you should be given a cooling off period (and because it takes this period of time for BT to switch the service) during which time you can change your mind.
